(a) Acquisition and preprocessing of structural MRI (sMRI) data, including CTh segmentation, volume extraction of Regions of Interest (ROI), and data harmonization. (b) Establishment of a normative model using the Gaussian Process Regression (GPR) method, followed by the calculation of individualized CTh deviations for patients. (c) Application of individualized CTh deviations data to identify subtypes using spectral clustering, and the subsequent analysis of clinical differences among these subtypes.
