Values are expressed as Mean ± SD with n = 5 in each group. One-way ANOVA followed by Dunnet’s test was performed and the level of significance was tested at 95%. (*significant difference than control at p < 0.05; a – significant difference compared to Lead acetate treated group at p < 0.05)
