Framework of this paper for the quantification and evaluation of joint microvascular flow signals. The framework comprises four key modules: (1) Extraction of microvascular morphology from preprocessed regions of interest (ROIs); (2) Dynamic analysis of microvascular flow, including flow quantification and optical flow field estimation; (3) Construction of evaluation metrics for microvascular motion density and elasticity density; and (4) Clinical validation and development of an automated grading system.
