High-throughput screening (HTS) of drug libraries identified abexinostat (A) and tyloxapol (B) as enhancers of rFVII-160R activity. FVII activity was measured in conditioned medium from CHO-K1 cells transiently expressing wild type protein (rFVII-wt, green lines), mutant FVII protein (rFVII-160R, red lines) or mutant protein (rFVII-160R) + abexinostat (A) or tyloxapol (B) (blue line).
