Effect of abexinostat or tyloxapol on cell viability. CHO-K1 cells were treated with different doses of abexinostat (A) or tyloxapol (B) for 24 h before cell viability was assessed using Cell Counting Kit – 8. Absorbance was measured at 450 nm.
