Results of the Kyoto Encylopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis. The pathway PI3K-Akt and Cytoskeleton in muscle cells show highly related with the differentiation process. The significance of the corresponding pathway was denoted by P-value. Benjamini Hochberg FDR (p.adjust) was used for multiple-testing correction. A P-value < 0.05 (two tailed) was considered statistically significant.
