Fold-change (FC) values shown in Table 7 are directly extracted from the complete raw qRT-PCR dataset provided in Supplementary File S1 and were calculated using the 2⁻ΔΔCt method without rounding or modification. The table includes selected MDR isolates subjected to PAβN-based efflux inhibition assays to illustrate the relationship between efflux gene expression and ciprofloxacin MIC reduction. PAβN was used at a final concentration of 25 µg/mL. A ≥ fourfold decrease in MIC was interpreted as indicative of significant efflux pump contribution.
