Rescue experiments validated the functional axis of Lnc FTX/miR-335-3p/TFEC/ILK. CFs were co-transfected with TFEC and ILK knockdown, Lnc FTX overexpression, miR-335-3p inhibitor or mimic to assess the subsequent impact on TFEC and ILK expression, as well as the induction of fibrosis markers (α-SMA, Collagen I).
