Synthesis of 1,2,4-triazole derivatives 2, 3a-d, 4a-c and 5a-d, reagent and condition: (i) oil bath, fusion at 130–140 °C for 4h; (ii) chloro acetamide derivatives, acetone, K2CO3, reflux; (iii) N-substituted indole-3-carboxaldehydes, EtOH/AcOH, refluxß (iv) chloro acetamide derivatives, acetone, K2CO3, reflux.
