Yangtze River Economic Belt (YREB). First, a theoretical model framework for the evaluation of the SCP considering the carbon emissions of construction enterprises is constructed to screen seven relevant variables. Second, the DID and PSM methods are used to analyze the impact of the SCP on the carbon emissions of construction enterprises. Finally, the impact mechanism of the SCP is further analyzed using heterogeneity analysis, mediating effect analysis and moderating effect analysis.
