A theoretical framework is proposed to enhance the utilization of personalized learning principles in order to establish an optimal learning environment for preservice teachers. This framework aims to facilitate the PTs’ ability to derive maximum benefits from microteaching practices, achieved through the process of observing and analyzing recorded videos.
