The lines correspond to the annual mean relative humidity averaged over the areas shown in Fig. 3. Note that the ERA5 region is different from the GCM region as the regions reflect the area of the most pronounced RH changes in the corresponding data. Therefore, the RH values in ERA5 have a different magnitude than the GCM values.
