A RNA pulldown experiments were used to investigate the specific structural domains responsible for the binding of the CRABP2 (R#1, R#2, R#3) and FABP5 (R#1, R#2, R#3) mRNAs binding to the METTL3 and ALKBH5 proteins. B RIP experiments were performed to investigate the specific structural domains responsible for the binding of the METTL3 (P#1, P#2, P#3, and P#4) and ALKBH5 (P#1, P#2, P#3, and P#4) proteins to the CRABP2 and FABP5 mRNAs. C PAR-CLIP experiments were used to investigate the specific structural domains responsible for the binding of the METTL3 (P#1 and P#3) and ALKBH5 (P#1 and P#2) proteins to the CRABP2 and FABP5 mRNAs.
