Heatmap depicting somatic alterations and cancer cell fractions in primary tumors of pediatric low-grade gliomas (LGGs), pediatric high-grade gliomas (HGGs), an ependymoma (EPM), and a medulloblastoma (MB_02) and their matched PDTs. HGG_04 and BCOR_02 molecular profile was not determined using the OCCRA panel but through PCR and Sanger sequencing analysis (Fig. S1, S2 and Table S3).
