The figure shows the performance of the ViT-MRI model compared with three senior radiologists in detecting clinically significant prostate cancer (csPCa)37. Panels A–F display example prediction results and corresponding ADC maps. The yellow lines indicate the AI-predicted lesion boundaries, which are highly consistent with the manual annotations (AF) performed by experienced genitourinary radiologists based on pathological results.
