A Panacetylation levels were determined by Western blot. B 293T cells were treated with PA or left untreated. Cytoplasmic proteins were extracted and subjected to co-immunoprecipitation. C (1) The LDHC-K5R mutant plasmid was transfected into 293T cells, and the mutant protein was immunoprecipitated and subjected to Western blot. (2) The LDHC-K17R mutant plasmid was transfected into 293T cells, and the mutant protein was immunoprecipitated and subjected to Western blot.
