  1. All G-boxes are the canonical CACGTG sequence. Position relative to transcriptional start site is given to the 5’ end of the canonical G-box sequence and to 5’ end of the exonic amplicon. The annealing temperature used for all primer sets was 60 °C, except for ORA59 which was run at 55 °C.
