Chiroptical properties of 3aa and 3ab (CD and CPL) were studied in CHCl3 (2 × 10−5 M). 3aa showed high CPL activity with glum = 2.5 × 10−3 at 433 nm and 3ab showed glum = 2.4 × 10−3 at 418 nm.
