a HeLa cells were cultured with 100 µM of 1d or 500 µM H2O2 for 1 h with or without 3 mM NAC, and the cells were incubated with FITC-Annexin V (Green), propidium iodide (PI) (Red), and Hoechst33342 (Blue), and observed by confocal microscopy. b HeLa cells were cultured with 100 µM of 1d or 500 µM H2O2 for 1 h with or without 3 mM NAC, and treated with UV irradiation.
