a Workflow for fluorescence detection of excB targets in mammalian cells using excB-16C-AOyne and excB-12O-PZyne with azide-Cy5. b RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated for 2 h with 40 μM of excB or its analogs followed by 1 h treatment with 10 μM of indicated probes. Coomassie stain acts as loading control for the accompanying fluorescence gel with indicated protein molecular weight markers. Data were representative of three independent biological repeats.
