CA-ODN-conjugated anti-p24 monoclonal antibodies targeting non-overlapping epitopes were mixed with different concentrations of p24, captured, washed and ligated before quantitative PCR determination. Cycle threshold (Ct) is defined as the number of PCR cycles required to amplify to a detectable level of fluorescence. ΔCt is the difference in cycle threshold (Ct) relative to the control (no p24).
