Examples of CID tandem mass spectra obtained from the analysis of both 2,4A and 0,2A glycan fragments are provided: a 2,4AGlcNac of G0 or G0F; b 0,2AGlcNac of Man5; c 0,2AGlcNac of G1F; and d 2,4AGlcNac of Man9. More examples are reported in Fig. S17. Tentative assignments are reported indicating the type of fragmentation and monosaccharide composition (Fig. S18). Glycan residue symbols: blue square, N-acetylglucosamine; green circle, mannose; yellow circle, galactose; red triangle, fucose.
