Each box depicts the nucleoside and its product after hydrazine conversion. The concentration of hydrazine and incubation time for near-complete conversion is indicated next to the arrow. The conversion yield (c.y.) is given below the product in green font. The reaction product structures of Uridine4,7, m3C and m7G12 were previously reported.
