  1. We present data for the Gaussian core model (GCM), the Kob-Andersen (KA) model, the soft sphere (SS) model, the two-dimensional SS (2DSS) model, and the van Beest-Kramer-van Santen (BKS) model. The values of Tc and γ are obtained from published papers cited in References. For 2DSS, we determine Tc and γ by fitting the MCT power-law scaling to the data on η0 versus T published in ref. 17. After obtaining γ, we calculate ν and δ using the formulas ν = γ/(γ + 1) and δ = (γ + 1)/γ, respectively.
