-Log10 adjusted p-value of GMIs when definition of proximity is 2 (top), and when it is relaxed to 3 (middle) and 4 (bottom). Two-tailed p-values were estimated from the unscaled concordance value’s z-score (see Methods) and were corrected for multiple testing using the Benjamini-Hochberg method. Adjusted p-values are multiplied by concordance sign, thus values below 0 indicate negative covariation.
