Grey boxes correspond to genes not tested in the corresponding tissue, and boxes with a star indicate genes for which we define a causal effect on T2D risk. For blood, the z-score corresponds to the most significant analysis from eQTL and pQTL MR, regardless of the ancestry. (B) Heatmap representing the percentage of causal effects with a concordant direction between pairwise tissues. Only the pairs of genes/tissues with causal effects have been included.
