Illustrating the inputs and outputs of the flood hazard and traffic simulation models used in this study. Isolated and compound flood hazards are integrated with depth-damage functions and traffic simulations to estimate direct (agency) costs, indirect (user) costs, and vehicle emissions resulting from flooding.
