The existing uneven seawall will be raised by 0.46 to 0.91 m (1.5 to 3 ft) along its length to a level 3.51 m (11.5 ft) NAVD88 elevation. The areal extent of marsh is 1600 m2 and includes regions of Spartina patens and Spartina alterniflora defined in the site plan found on page 21 of the Columbus Avenue Seawall Reconstruction Project Preliminary Design Summary Letter by GZA GeoEnvironmental, Inc78.
