Intensity of pink color depicts (Normalized Spectral Abundance Factor) NSAF values for each of the 12 coral genets analyzed, normalized by row mean. Clustered dendrograms were completed with the correlation algorithm on the x and y axis to generate groups for significantly increased or decreased abundances in the resilient vs. susceptible cohorts.
