Each sample is hierarchically clustered by using their adjacency scores as distance. c, d Genes reduced significantly in the longitudinal analysis of vaccinated (c) and unvaccinated (d) were significantly enriched in Hallmark Gene Sets (FDR q value < 0.005). All hallmarks are related to immune regulation.
