  1. Performance of N-protein and spike IgA and IgG assays was evaluated using known negative (pre-pandemic) and known positive (PCR-confirmed) samples in combined threshold and validation sets combined. Normalised OD was used as input value in ROC analysis. AUC = Area under the ROC curve. 95% CI = 95% confidence interval calculated for AUC using DeLong’s method or computed with 10,000 stratified bootstrap replicates for sensitivity and specificity estimates.
