Broken lines represent the observed proportions of delayed doses by week, and straight lines were fitted by a segmented generalized linear model (GLM) with pre-incident and post-incident trends. There are limited vaccination services available in Chinese New Year holidays: (1) weeks (−73, −70) for Chinese New Year in 2016; (2) weeks (−22, −19) for Chinese New Year in 2017; (3) weeks (29, 32) for Chinese New Year in 2018.
