Relative risk ratios for respondent covariates are derived from the rank-ordered logit model with country-fixed effects and respondent covariates. In Panel a displayed effect sizes represent a binary shift from 0 to 1 in the indicator variable. In Panel b displayed effect size estimates are based on a one standard deviation change in the value of the covariate x model coefficient.
