The source data for Fig. 2 are provided in Supplementary Data 10. Actual sizes: The number of prevalent cases peaked at around 1.8 million in men and 2.0 million in women aged 70–74 years. Prevalence rates ranged from <100 to over 2500 per 100,000 across age groups.
