For illustration purposes, the clustering results for two patients are shown. The left plots show the representations of all swallows after being reduced to two dimensions using t-SNE, where the swallows are colored according to their assigned cluster. The right plots depict the identified cluster centers and the five closest as well as the five most distant swallows to each center.
