The pixels nucleus clusters, cluster 1 and 2, are collected and remapped using smaller sized super-pixels, as seen in (a). Detailed nucleus structures are revealed, two of which correlates with lesion malignant, as shown by the logarithm scale density plots in (b) of normal and malignant hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissues.
