Denoising is performed with Tedge = 46 pixels, and the diameter is estimated with s = 3.7 using the algorithm described in the “Algorithm: locating an interaction” section in Methods (GMM-Loc). The red circle in a frame represents the interaction’s estimated centroid and diameter.
