EO comb spectra measured at on-chip pump powers of 20 mW and 200 mW, showing no Stokes signals near 1625 nm. The absence of spectral features in this region confirms effective exclusion of TO A₁-mode Raman scattering outside the photonic bandgap, even under strong optical excitation.
