Activation of G551D CFTR in the FRT model by uHTS159 (10 μM) is shown, including substantial potentiation of Isc beyond VX-770 alone irrespective of the order in which compounds are added. a Representative tracings; b summary of 8 biological replicates per condition expressed as mean ± SEM. p < 0.01 for maximal activation of G551D CFTR by forskolin and VX-770 vs addition of uHTS159 with forskolin and VX-770.
