a Prototype; b Measured SNR&SINR. (Experimental setup: The system consists of an FPA-based transmitter, an FPA-based jammer, and an MA-based receiver. The carrier frequency is 2.49 GHz (i.e., wavelength λ = 12 cm). The maximum antenna moving region is a 3D cube of size 3.125λ = 37.53 cm, which is divided into equally spaced 25 × 25 × 25 grids. The optimal MA position is selected via exhaustive search over all cubes within a 3D subspace (with varying size) of the moving region for maximizing the received SNR or SINR. For multi-FPA receivers, the antennas are spaced by distance λ/2, and the optimal minimum mean square error (MMSE) beamforming is employed for maximizing the received SINR.)
