The properties of biomolecular condensates can be regulated by multiple factors, including intermolecular dynamics. Here, the authors use fluorescence anisotropy-based homoFRET imaging to monitor the intermolecular interactions and supramolecular packing that underlie the modulation of biomolecular condensate properties.
