Fused-ring isomerism modulates molecular packing and device performance in non-halogenated organic solar cells

Subtle changes in molecular backbone geometry impact intermolecular interactions and performance of organic solar cells. Here, authors show how fused-ring configurations dictate the packing of isomeric small-molecule acceptors and achieve an efficiency of 20.07% for non-halogenated ternary devices.

Prime editors can mediate all twelve types of base substitutions and small insertions or deletions in living cells but its efficiency remains low.
