The genetically encoded sensor hCRAFi-CCR2 enables detection of chemokines binding to the CCR2 receptor, such as the main ligand CCL2 but also CCL7, CCL8, CCL13 and CXCL1. The sensor’s capabilities are demonstrated in cell culture and in various mouse models in vivo.
