Following megafires fishes thrive and amphibians persist even in severely burned watersheds

Stream vertebrate and crayfish assemblages withstand megafires and total taxa, total fish and adult trout densities are positively associated with watershed burn severity within the first three years post-fire across 30 sites in western Oregon.
