Colombo et al. examine the efficacy of new a digital assessment (SPACE) for measuring spatial navigation deficits indicative of cognitive impairment. In 300 older adults, SPACE reliably differentiated between clinical diagnoses, and a shorter version of the assessment significantly reduced administration time while preserving high diagnostic accuracy.
