Anti-interference circularly polarized LiDAR for ocean detection

Solar background and multiple scattering degrade the profiling depth and ocean-color parameter retrieval of ocean LiDAR. Our anti-interference circularly polarized LiDAR effectively suppresses these sources of interference and improves the detection performance, highlighting its potential for diurnal ocean remote sensing.

Site-specific ligase-dependent conjugation with ring-opening linker improves safety and stability of HER2-targeting ADCs

Toxicity of antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) is often caused by off-target shedding of therapeutic payloads due to linker instability. Here, the authors demonstrate that site-specific ligase-dependent conjugation of therapeutic payloads to engineered trastuzumab via a ring-opening linker improves stability compared to conventional HER2- targeting ADCs.

The topological surface states usually appear in pairs in a topological insulator, with one on the top surface and the other on the bottom surface.
