Neutralization mechanism of a human antibody with pan-coronavirus reactivity including SARS-CoV-2

A broad-range human antibody with neutralizing activity against various coronaviruses, including SARS-CoV-2, targets a unique epitope within the highly conserved S2’ site and the fusion peptide of the spike protein that is exposed during interaction with the host cell. The pan-coronavirus antibody protects mice against infection with SARS-CoV-2 and HCoV-OC43 following prophylactic and therapeutic treatment.

O-GlcNAcylation modulates liquid–liquid phase separation of SynGAP/PSD-95

SynGAP and PSD-95 are two abundant proteins that form a complex and undergo liquid–liquid phase separation (LLPS) in the postsynaptic density of neurons. Now, O-GlcNAcylation of SynGAP has been found to suppress LLPS of the SynGAP/PSD-95 complex, and O-GlcNAc-dependent LLPS was also shown to be dynamically regulated by the enzymes O-GlcNAc transferase and O-GlcNAcase.

Scalable synthesis of ultrastable lead halide perovskite-zeolite composites via a chemical vapor method in air

A facile chemical vapor method is developed for large-scale synthesis of CsPbX₃-ZSM-5 composites. Owing to the effective confinement and encapsulation of CsPbBr₃ QDs by ZSM-5, the composites possess excellent photophysical properties and ultrahigh stability. The prepared composites are applied in white light-emitting diodes (WLEDs) and multicolor-coded anti-counterfeiting inks. This technique provides the probability for commercial production of these perovskite composites with robust stability.
