From: Cu-mediated enantioselective C–H alkynylation of ferrocenes with chiral BINOL ligands
Reaction conditions: 1 (37.4 mg, 0.1 mmol), 2 (0.25 mmol, 2.5 equiv), CuOAc (18.4 mg, 0.15 mmol), L15 (12.6 mg, 40 mol%), NaOAc (8.2 mg, 0.1 mmol), DMSO (5.0 mL), 70 °C, air, 12 h. Isolated yield and the ratio of mono/di were determined by analysis of the crude 1H NMR. For 3f, the reaction was conducted for 16 h.
