The KH and R3H domains of each subunit are color-coded as in Fig. 1D. The residues in the observed 7 nucleotides of the RNA are labeled from C1 to C7 in the direction from the 5’ to 3’ end. B Surface representation of the RNA-bound form. The same structure as in (A) is shown with ttKhpB in a sphere model, highlighting the RNA-binding groove.
