  1. The Hazard Ratios and confidence intervals were calculated by the Cox regression analysis. In each analysis, we adjusted for age, sex, smoking status, percutaneous coronary intervention, arrhythmia, heart failure, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes mellitus, and medication intake including β-receptor blocker, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, calcium channel blocker, proton pump inhibitor, clopidogrel, statin, and aspirin.
